We’re currently accepting applications for Assistant Organizers and Lead Organizers to support home organizing, unpacking, and move concierge projects throughout Los Angeles.
The right fit is someone who is grounded, dependable, thoughtful, and comfortable working inside our clients’ homes with care and discretion. You appreciate an organized process, notice the details, and understand that creating a supportive home involves much more than making a space look good.
Relevant experience may include home organizing, moving and unpacking, styling, interior design, fashion, hospitality, or client service.
Because our projects take place throughout Los Angeles, reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes are required.
Assistant Organizer
Work alongside the Ethereal Edits team on home organizing and move concierge projects, supporting the hands-on implementation that brings each project together.
For experienced candidates ready to take on greater responsibility within a project. Lead Organizers work alongside the team while helping guide project flow, make thoughtful organizing decisions, communicate clearly, and maintain the Ethereal Edits standard from setup through completion.

Working at Ethereal Edits
Regular availability 3–4 weekdays per week is preferred
Projects generally take place during daytime weekday hours
Hands-on work inside clients’ homes
Our projects are professionally led, highly detailed, and hands-on. Team members support organizing and move concierge projects inside clients’ homes throughout Los Angeles and the South Bay.
Most project days take place Monday through Friday, approximately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours vary based on project volume and your availability, so this role is best suited to someone who has flexibility during the week and is comfortable with a project-based schedule.

Reliable transportation throughout Los Angeles
Approximately 5–25 hours per week based on project needs
Comfortable being on your feet for a full project day and regularly lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds

Project days may include editing and sorting belongings, unpacking, organizing categories, creating functional zones, installing organizing products, labeling, and supporting the team with the many details required to complete the project thoughtfully.
